1.6. Sebago reserves the right to amend the T&Cs at any time and without notice to you. Your continued use of the Website following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated T&Cs.

2. Products and Pricing

2.1. All prices displayed on our Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

2.2. Sebago reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

2.3. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Colour variations may occur due to monitor settings.

2.4. Sebago reserves the right to limit quantities of products available for purchase.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant products. Acceptance of your order occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.

3.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns about fraudulent transactions.

3.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept the following payment methods:

4. Delivery

4.1. We deliver to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. International shipping outside of AU/NZ is not currently available through this website.

4.2. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Sebago is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather events, or public holidays.

4.3. Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your order. Free shipping thresholds may apply and will be displayed on the Website.

4.4. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. We offer refunds on full-priced items returned within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided items are unworn, in original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

5.2. Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

5.3. We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

5.4. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not limited by these T&Cs. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under the ACL.

5.5. For New Zealand customers, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply.

6. Promotional Codes and Discounts

6.1. Promotional codes and discount offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

6.2. Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated.

6.3. Sebago reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.

7. Gift Cards

7.1. Gift cards are redeemable online only at www.sebago.com.au.

7.2. Gift cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase.

7.3. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.

7.4. Any claim or dispute relating to gift cards will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Sebago and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
